Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location was fantastic, near great restaurants and right on the strip with everything close by. The rooms were clean and fresh-smelling, although there was a missing screen near the elevator. The service, unfortunately, was quite poor, with rude staff and issues with missing items. Dining was enjoyable, but could use more variety in options. Overall, a convenient location with some service drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not worth the price I paid as they were dirty, the TV and coffee pot didn't work, and the employees allowed a rowdy group of young adults to disrupt the peace at the pool. However, the service was a highlight with friendly and helpful staff. The location was decent but somewhat cramped, and the dining experience was friendly but could have offered more options. Overall, there were mixed feelings about this property.
The hotel had a mixed experience. The rooms were affordable but had a nasty smell, were dirty looking, and had various maintenance issues. The service was friendly and courteous, but some restrictions were in place. The location was convenient for tourists but had limited relaxation areas. The dining experience was poor, with fresh and yummy options available. Overall, the facilities were average.
When we arrived, the room wasn't even clean, the bed was unmade, and it felt more like a couple's setup than suitable for a family. Despite this, there are signs of a renovation, but service-wise, it was a letdown. The location was on point, but the dining experience left a lot to be desired.
The hotel is located at the end of the parkway, making it easy to access the entrance. Perfect for trips to Dollywood, the location is excellent for reaching Gatlinburg strip and family activities. While being more peaceful than other hotels on the Parkway, it provides convenient access to nearby dining options. However, the presence of trash and food scraps is a drawback for a one-night stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were unfortunately dirty and had a moldy smell due to a leaking air conditioning unit and previous smoking guests, but on the bright side, the location was quiet and away from the noise. The service was a bit inconsistent, with friendly and helpful staff but also some who seemed distracted. The dining options were limited, but the hotel had traditional local cakes. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
